Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the schedule, task, note, attachment-management, and Google synchronization features provided through the PlanMini Windows desktop app and browser-based web service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• Managing schedules, recurring events, tasks, and notes
• Connecting notes to events and managing attachments
• Synchronizing events with Google Calendar
• Synchronizing notes, templates, and attachments with Google Drive

Some features require an internet connection, a Google account, and the continued availability of Google services.

You decide whether to connect a Google account and which permissions to approve. You may revoke access at any time in the app settings or from the connections page in your Google Account.

• Keep your device and access to your Google account secure.
• Maintain additional backups of important schedules, notes, and attachments using an appropriate method.
• Do not use the service to violate applicable law, another person's rights, or Google's policies.
• Do not disrupt the security or normal operation of the service or attempt unauthorized access.

You retain your rights in schedules, notes, and attachments that you create or synchronize. Rights in the service's software, design, name, and related content belong to the operator or their respective lawful owners.

We may update the service to improve security, fix errors, change features, or respond to changes in third-party service policies. Some features may be temporarily limited by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures involving Google APIs, operating systems, or networks.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service, but do not guarantee that it will always operate without errors or be compatible with every environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for indirect losses arising from device failure, inadequate account security, third-party service outages, synchronization conflicts, or a lack of separate backups. Nothing in these Terms limits liability arising from the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Google and uninstalling the app. You can manage or delete data stored in Google Drive and Google Calendar directly through those services.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, service features, or third-party services. For material changes, we will update the last-updated date and provide notice within the service when appropriate.
